Henriette Stenkvist Breaks Swedish National Record in 200 Meter Backstroke!

On the final night of the 2010 Austin Grand Prix, Henriette Stenkvist defeated several world class athletes including Katie Hoff and current American Record Holder Margaret Hoelzer to win the 200 Meter Backstroke. Record Breaking Performances for RSA at 2008 Senior Champs!

RSA set numerous meet and team records in route to a 3rd place finish at the 2008 LCM Senior Champs. Instrumental in our success was the sheer number of different athletes who earned second swims and scored points. Usually at a Championship meet the stars score all the points. At this meet 24 different RSA athletes contributed to the point total – congrats to all! Leading the way for RSA was Sarah Henry and Hannah Caron who finished 1-2 in the women's high point awards!

Great Swimming for RSA at 14 & Under Championships!

RSA's 14 & under athletes performed well and had some fantastic swims at the NCS Junior Olympic meet in Charlotte this past weekend. Highlighting the weekend for RSA swimmers were Andrew Henry and Henriette Stenkvist who each claimed the high point awards in the 13-14 boys and 13-14 girls age groups!

RSA Continues Great Swims - OTs Day 4

Another day of LTB's for RSA at Olympic Trials. Sarah Henry time-trialed the 100 meter fly and earned a LTB of 1:03.20. Hannah Caron then time-trialed the 50 free and earned a LTB time of 27.33. Hannah's swim establishes a new RSA 15-16 women's team record in the 50 freestyle. ... Read More »

RSA IN MAY is a pre-summer stroke clinic and a swim camp for summer league and potential summer league swimmers. All four competitive strokes, starts, and turns will be taught by our certified RSA Coaching Staff. The swim clinic will be held at the Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC) in Cary.
