Henriette Stenkvist Breaks Swedish National Record in 200 Meter Backstroke!

On the final night of the 2010 Austin Grand Prix, Henriette Stenkvist defeated several world class athletes including Katie Hoff and current American Record Holder Margaret Hoelzer to win the 200 Meter Backstroke. The RSA Coaching Staff has announced its RSA Swimmers Of The Month for the month of December. These athletes will receive recognition by receiving a Swimmer Of The Month certificate and a RSA Swimmer Of The Month swim cap!

Jubilee = A Celebration Of 50 Years Of Existence!

Only fitting that in the Dictionary one of the definitions of Jubilee is a celebration of 50 years of existence. During the January Jubilee on Friday, January 15th thru Monday, January 18th RSA swimmers Rejoiced in style with Event Winners, New Top Ten Additions, Personal Best Times, 6 RSA Records and 2 North Carolina Swimming Records!

Sarah Henry's Return To The Pool

After Olympic Trial semifinialist and six star recruit Sarah Henry experienced a serious knee injury last Mother's Day weekend, tearing her anterior cruciate and medial collateral ligaments and the meniscus as well, Sarah faced a chance that she would never again return to her world-class speed. Sarah's drive and competitive nature has allowed her to get back on track from the surgery at a remarkable pace, showing her that she will get through the setbacks on the way of her goal of being an Olympian.

1st Meet Of New Year = New Best Times + New Top 10 Times + New Record!

With its 1st meet of the New Year, after intense Holiday training, RSA swimmers showed their endurance by swimming in the 2010 January Distance Day on Sunday, Jan. 3rd. Proving their ability to swim fast tired, RSA swimmers were able to celebrate the New Year by swimming to a best time over 85% of the time (58/67); new Top Ten swims and a brand new RSA Team Record!

Total Senior Team Effort Contributes To A Repeat RSA Victory!

With an impressive number of Senior swimmers scoring for RSA at Finals during the Reindeer Meet on Dec. 11th thru Dec. 13th, RSA was able to win the Reindeer Meet! All in all 55 Senior Swimmers scored for RSA during the entire weekend!

Record Setting Performances Help RSA Take 2nd Place At WAVE's Winter Classic!

RSA’s Quality swims at the 2009 WAVE Winter Classic on Dec. 4th thru Dec. 6th, contributed to its 2nd place Team finish! The quality consisted of an unusual amount of RSA swimmers scoring points including a gallery of champion swims and swimmers, a very high percentage of personal best times and a number of record breaking performances!

RSA IN MAY is a pre-summer stroke clinic and a swim camp for summer league and potential summer league swimmers. All four competitive strokes, starts, and turns will be taught by our certified RSA Coaching Staff. The swim clinic will be held at the Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC) in Cary.
