Henriette Stenkvist Breaks Swedish National Record in 200 Meter Backstroke!

On the final night of the 2010 Austin Grand Prix, Henriette Stenkvist defeated several world class athletes including Katie Hoff and current American Record Holder Margaret Hoelzer to win the 200 Meter Backstroke. Record Setting Performances Help RSA Take 2nd Place At WAVE's Winter Classic!

RSA’s Quality swims at the 2009 WAVE Winter Classic on Dec. 4th thru Dec. 6th, contributed to its 2nd place Team finish! The quality consisted of an unusual amount of RSA swimmers scoring points including a gallery of champion swims and swimmers, a very high percentage of personal best times and a number of record breaking performances!

"Avast Ye Maties:" RSA Wins Their Dual/Tri. Meets!

In a pirate themed competition, both the RSA Men & Women's teams came out Victorius, November 13^th thru Sunday, November 15th against NCAC in a Age Group/Senior Dual Meet and against NCAC & GSA in the Senior Tri. Meet. The Men showed, “No quarter!” in coming from behind in both the Dual & Tri. Meets against NCAC, while the Women won with a record-setting performance!

The RSA Coaching Staff has announced its RSA Swimmers Of The Month for the month of October. These athletes will receive recognition by receiving a Swimmer Of The Month certificate and a RSA Swimmer Of The Month swim cap!

Halloween Parties!

After practice ends on Friday and Saturday (Halloween), the Nova, Dolphin and Pre-National swim groups on RSA are just getting started! The Pre-National Group is having their Halloween Party on Friday evening and the Nova/Dolphin Halloween Party is on Saturday from 11:30-1:00 pm at TAC!

Entire RSA Team "Kicks Off" Its 50th Anniversary!

On Friday, Oct. 16th thru Sunday, Oct. 18th the entire RSA swim team competed in its annual RSA Kick-Off Meet at the Triangle Aquatics Center. To celebrate the start of the new season, RSA parents, swimmers and coaches supported RSA and their other favorite college/professional sports teams throughout the weekend. Helping to add to the themed celebration, RSA swimmers successfully "kicked off" its 50th Anniversary by scoring new Personal Best Times and new RSA Top 10 Times!

RSA IN MAY is a pre-summer stroke clinic and a swim camp for summer league and potential summer league swimmers. All four competitive strokes, starts, and turns will be taught by our certified RSA Coaching Staff. The swim clinic will be held at the Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC) in Cary.
