The RSA Coaching Staff has announced its RSA Swimmers Of The Month for the month of November.  These athletes will receive recognition by receiving a Swimmer Of The Month certificate and a RSA Swimmer Of The Month swim cap!

RSA competed at the 2008 WAVE Fall States Invitational on Friday, December 12th thru Sunday, December 14th.  RSA won the meet, which was a huge improvement over our 7th place finish last year!  During the meet, RSA swimmers went on to set a WAVE Fall States Invitational Record and 3 more RSA Team Records!

RSA competed at the Reindeer meet on Friday, December 5th thru Sunday, December 7th.  RSA swimmers not only won the meet, but also did so in record fashion by breaking 4 North Carolina Swimming Records and 10 RSA Team Records!
