Wrapping up the short course meet season, RSA competed in the Tarheel States Invitational on Friday, March 27th thru Sunday, March 29th. With impressive Finals sessions, RSA swimmers swam to another Team Record and made tremendous last chance improvements to the RSA Top Ten Lists!

Excellent job to the 31 RSA swimmers who swam Super-Fast at the Age Group Sectional Meet in Charlotte. RSA swimmers swam to a Team Record, many new best times and even more new Top 10 times!

RSA competed at the 2009 B/C States on Friday, March 6th thru Sunday, March 8th. 6 RSA Swimmers were able to swim to at least 1 BB time, qualifying them for the Tarheel States Invitational! Other RSA swimmers swam to a tremendous number of best times and many new first events!

The RSA Coaching Staff has announced its RSA Swimmers Of The Month for the month of February. These athletes will receive recognition by receiving a Swimmer Of The Month certificate and a RSA Swimmer Of The Month swim cap!
