North Carolina Swimming All Stars are swimmers who achieve a USA Swimming National Top-16 reportable time or 2 or more AAAA times in 2 different strokes and are in the North Carolina Swimming's Top 5 Rankings!

NCS Top 5 Awards are given to athletes whose times over the course of a swim season rank them in the fastest 5 times swum all seaon long by North Carolina Swimming Athletes.

The RSA Coaching Staff has announced its RSA Swimmers Of The Month for the month of March.  These athletes will receive recognition by receiving a Swimmer Of The Month certificate and a RSA Swimmer Of The Month swim cap!

Raleigh Swimming Association has been recognized as a Silver Medal Club during USA Swimming's 9th year of its Club Excellence Program!  Proudly having the highest performance scoring total in the Triangle area, amassing a total of 11,460 points!

On Sunday, April 5th, Sea Stars, Nova, Dolphin and MSHS Prep RSA swimmers participated in the 2009 Inter-Group Meet!  This Low Key, Fun Meet gave many 8 & Under swimmers another chance to swim 25s this short course season and was a really good opportunity for all swimmers in these groups to swim against other RSA swimmers only!  So many new best times were earned at this meet that coaches almost ran out of Best Times Awards!
