Technique For the Week We have several meets approaching fast. It is important to really try to pay attention and listen in practice. It is most important to pay attention and listen when we are working on flip turns. I have noticed that in practice we also have to try to concentrate hard when we are working on drills. Remember this is the time when we think, and then in the meet you race. There is a time in practice when we are to race and when we are to think about what we are doing. It is not a race to see who can be first in line in your lane! Keep working hard RSA we are getting so much better! See you at practice ready to listen and concentrate! Coach Brian |
