TECHNIQUE FOR THE WEEK This past week we have really tried to concentrate on Stroke Technique in Freestyle and Backstroke. This we we will concentrate on breaststroke and butterfly. Here are a few tips you need to to when you are working on stroke drills 1. Take your time (DO NOT RUSH THROUGH THEM) 2. Concentrate on what you are doing 3. Listen when coaches are explaining each drill 4. Every time you do a drill try to do it correctly 5. If you do them correctly in practice your strokes will be good during the race These tips may help to becoming more successful in doing drills and working on stroke technique. RSA Team T-Shirts are IN, FINALLY! The RSA team t-shirts are here! If you have not gotten your please talk to Coach Brian. These are t-shirts that everyone on the team should get.
