Raleigh Swimming Association begins its 47th season as the area's leader in competitive swimming. We continue our commitment to excellence in 2007-2008 in the brand new Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC), helping student-athletes develop in a positive, team-oriented environment.
RSA's highly qualified staff of experienced coaches provides every athlete with opportunities for consistent success and long-term development. RSA welcomes athletes of all ages and abilities to join the Triangle's most distinguished aquatic tradition.

The Competitive Swimming Program
RSA offers the best year-round swimming program in the Triangle. Our training program ensures that proper technique and conditioning are taught consistently at all levels. RSA's experienced coaching staff teaches and motivates swimmers of all ages and abilities. Our program stresses the reward of hard work, self-esteem, teamwork, self-discipline, goal-setting and achievement - essentials for success in sports and life.
Year-round swimmers at RSA are encouraged to participate in swim meets approximately once a month. Most competitions for young swimmers are held locally - many will be at TAC, RSA's home pool. There are no benchwarmers! RSA coaches believe that every swimmer should get a chance to compete and strive for excellence.
Year-round swimming is also fun! Lifelong friendships are developed at practices, swim meets and team building activities. RSA's flexible practice schedule allows swimmers to enjoy and participate in other sports, school and family activities.
