RSA's Weekly Practice Schedules: February 19, 2024 Through February 25, 2024

Dear RSA Families:

Practice schedules for the week of February 19^th through February 25^th are posted. There are numerous practice changes Thursday through Sunday due to the NCS Short Course Senior Championship Meet.

• Tuesday Changes:
  • There is no dryland for Blackfin 2.                                     
• Thursday Changes:
  • There is no practice for Senior Gold.
• Friday Changes:
  • There is no practice, including dryland, for Senior Gold.
  • Practices for the following group is modified:
    • Senior Silver has a normal morning practice, but does not have an afternoon practice or a dryland practice.
• Saturday Changes:
  • There is no practice for Senior Gold.
  • Practice for the following groups is modified:
    • Senior Silver is modified to 9:00am to 11:00am.
• Sunday Changes:
  • There is no practice for Senior Gold.
  • Practice for the following groups is modified:
    • Senior Silver is modified to 9:00am to 11:00am.
